Winter Melon Lily Soup
1.
Prepare ingredients: winter melon, lily, honey
2.
Wash the fresh lily, break one by one, remove the black part, wash again, remove and drain;
3.
Remove seeds, scoop, wash and cut winter melon into small pieces. If a good taste is required, the skin of the winter melon can be removed.
4.
Wash the soup pot, pour in an appropriate amount of water, cover the lid, and boil, then add the cut winter melon cubes and cook for eight ripe. This kind of sweet soup just cooks winter melon, so there is no need to boil the winter melon. The taste will be bad.
5.
Add the washed lily to the pot and continue to cook on high heat. The skin of the wax gourd will be tender and beautiful. When the wax gourd is cooked, the color of the lily will not turn yellow.
6.
Turn off the heat for the cooked soup. Let cool slightly, add a spoonful of honey when eating, and mix well. It can also be eaten directly or with salt. I personally like to put honey, which moisturizes the lungs and throat.
Tips:
1. Fresh lilies should be delicious if they are fat and juicy. 2. When adding honey, let it cool and add it. The addition of boiling water affects the nutrition of honey. 3
