Winter Melon Sea Rice Soup.

Peel the winter melon, remove the flesh and cut into thin slices.

Soak the sea rice and wash it off.

Wash the fungus bubble hair and tear it into large flowers.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, spread them out and set aside.

Scallions, chopped green onions, garlic slices.

Wash coriander and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and put star anise, add green onion and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the winter melon slices and stir fry for a while, then stir-fry the sea rice for a while.

Add enough water to boil, bring the fungus to a boil over high heat, add salt, and season with chicken essence.
