Winter Melon Seaweed Soup

Prepare the required ingredients, peel the wax gourd and cut into thin slices, clean the kelp and cut it off slightly, and cut the ginger into shredded ginger. If you don't like it or leave it alone, rinse the dried shrimp skin;

Put a little oil in the pan, add the shrimp skin and ginger, and stir fry until it is fragrant; Note: A little bit is fine, you can lift the pan and let the oil gather together;

Add the winter melon slices, stir-fry for a while, pour in a large bowl of water and bring to a boil over high heat;

Wait until the water is boiling, add shredded kelp, boil on high heat, simmer on medium and low heat for about 10 minutes, and remove the floating powder in the pot halfway;

Cook until the winter melon is transparent and the kelp is cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper. Stir evenly, then serve to a pan;
