Winter Melon Tea

Wash the wax gourd, dry the surface moisture, cut into small pieces with the belt, and put into the pot

Add brown sugar and yellow wine, stir well, marinate for half an hour, stirring every 10 minutes, marinate the winter melon water.

After marinating, turn on the heat and bring to a boil. When the brown sugar is completely melted, add the ginger slices. Continue to cook until the winter melon becomes transparent and the juice is a bit thick. Turn off the heat and let cool. If you don't like winter melon residue, you can filter out the water.
Tips:
I don’t like sweet ones. Brown sugar is very small, and the residue is not filtered out. If you want to drink it, just take out the soaking water. Adding brown sugar, rice wine and ginger is because winter melon is cold, it will be softer after neutralization, and most people can drink it.
