Winter Melon Tea
1.
Winter melon with belt seeds, cut into pieces
2.
Add brown sugar, half brown sugar and half rock sugar are also OK
3.
Marinate for two hours
4.
Look, it is obvious that the winter melon has produced a lot of water and has shrunk. I don’t have enough brown sugar and added some rock sugar.
5.
No need to add water in the pot, just boil on high heat
6.
Turn on a low heat and simmer for two and a half hours. Filter out the winter melon meat. Do not use the concentrated juice. Add some water to dilute each time you drink it.
Tips:
1. When boiling winter melon, use the lowest heat. The taste of winter melon is easily covered by brown sugar, so it doesn’t have to be particularly strong.
2. There is no need to add water throughout the process, and the final jar for the concentrated juice should be water-free and oil-free.
