The winter melon at home has come to fruition, it's a big one, thinking of ways to eat it! Usually it’s braised winter melon, winter melon soup or something, change it this time and try a colorful one

Ingredients

Winter Melon with Orange Juice

1. Prepare Guozhen, pour it into a bowl, add two spoons of sugar, pour in boiling water and stir well.

2. The amaranth is boiled in water and cooked, remove the red soup and add 3 tablespoons of sugar and white vinegar

3. Remove the skin and flesh of winter melon, wash, slice and cut into strips

4. Boil in boiling water for 3 minutes until it is dead, remove and drain the water, ice it with cold boiled water

5. Put the soup in the fresh-keeping box and put the winter melon in the refrigerator for 3 hours

6. Just install it

Tips:

This dish can be made in advance, even if there are guests at home, it will not be in a hurry! The flavor I made is relatively mild, if you like a stronger flavor, you can add more seasoning! It is not recommended to soak for too long! Red is amaranth juice! The dish you fished out can be served cold!
