Woman's Gift---boiled Eggs with Motherwort

Prepare 25g motherwort, an egg, an appropriate amount of brown sugar, and a bowl of water. This is the serving size for one person.

Wash the eggs in water. After washing the motherwort several times, soak them in clean water for 10 minutes.

Put the soaked motherwort and the cleaned eggs into a small saucepan, add a bowl of water, and boil for 20 minutes.

After cooking, remove the eggs and soak them in cold water for a while, then take them out and peel them off.

Put the shelled eggs back into the motherwort soup.

Take an appropriate amount of brown sugar and put it in a saucepan.

Tips:
Motherwort should be soaked after washing several times. Boil the egg and motherwort together for 20 minutes, remove the shell, put it in the motherwort soup and cook for two to three minutes.
