Prepare ingredients.

Peel the longan.

Soak the red dates in warm water for a while and wash them out.

Soak the motherwort in hot water for a while and clean it.

Mix all the ingredients into the boiling cup, add 1000 ml of water.

In the wall breaking machine I use, the cup sits on the base and the soup boiling function is turned on.

When the water boils, the smell of motherwort overflows, and the color of the water changes.

After boiling for 30 minutes, put in brown sugar and boil for 30 minutes.

When the motherwort is boiled until it has a strong flavor, you can turn off the power and cook as much as possible for a while according to the amount of water.
Tips:
This is the fresh motherwort I collected by myself. Because it is sun-dried, the longer it is to boil, the better. \n
