#春食野菜香# Wormwood Frog Steamed Buns

50g of fresh wormwood, wash clean and add a little salt to the water

Add about 200g of cold boiled water and use an ACA cooking machine to make a puree. Take about 200g of wormwood mud and add 5g of yeast powder, stir to melt. Add the wormwood mud to flour 1 and add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar to knead until smooth, add water if it is too dry, add flour if it is too wet. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size.

Divide the flour 2 into three parts and add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar. Add cocoa powder and red yeast rice to two parts and mix well.

Add 2g of yeast powder to a small bowl of warm water and stir to melt.

Add yeast water and knead into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment to double its size.
