Take the wormwood leaves and wash them, put water in a pot to boil, put some salt in the water, and blanch the wormwood in the water. After blanching, rinse with cold water and put it in a food processor to make wormwood juice.

Take appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour with wormwood juice, sweet-scented osmanthus honey and form a dough. Personally feel that it tastes good with rotten points. Then take appropriate amount of wheat starch and boil it with boiling water to form a dough. The ratio of glutinous rice flour to wheat starch is 4:1

Soften the glutinous rice flour dough and wheat starch dough into a ball

Roll the soft wormwood balls into small balls

Put water in the steamer to boil, put the kneaded dumplings into the pot and steam for about 10 minutes

Wrap them one by one with plastic wrap. The yellow one in the picture is made with pineapple juice
Tips:
Because glutinous rice is very sticky, when steaming, use rice dumplings under the bottom and brush with a layer of oil. It will not stick to the pan when taken.
