Wrap Your Own Preserved Eggs
1.
Pour the prepared black tea bags (dark tea, white tea, scented tea or white water) into boiling water to make tea for later use, until the water cools.
2.
Pour the preserved egg powder into the container (porcelain or glassware is best, not a plastic container), put a little salt and stir well, add to the cold tea, stir well, let it stand for 15 minutes, and then stir again until it becomes a paste.
3.
Put the prepared raw duck eggs into the container and wrap them with preserved egg batter until they are all battered.
4.
Put the wrapped eggs in an airtight container, airtight jar or altar, or airtight plastic bag, and you can eat it for a month~ (It is recommended to put preserved eggs in a well-ventilated place for a week after they are cooked, and the taste will be better~)
Tips:
1. Use tea to cool in waterπ
2. Do not use refrigerated eggs that have been left in the refrigerator, and try not to wash the eggs if they are not dirty, otherwise it will affect the maturity rate
3. Don't use plastic containers for egg wrappers, use ceramics or glass π
4. The wrapped eggs do not need to be dried βοΈ and do not wrap sawdust powder, wood ash and other things π directly sealed and stored π storage time varies with temperature, more than ten degrees π± about one month in the weather, more than 30 βοΈJust leave it for about fifteen days π
5. The preserved eggs taste better after being ventilated for about a week~π
