Xinjiang Large Plate Chicken

Cut potatoes, carrots, green peppers and set aside.

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Cut the chicken wings into small pieces.

Pick up the frying pan and stir-fry the carrots.

Fry the potatoes again and serve.
