Xinjiang Small White Apricot Jam

Prepare a plate of small white apricots.

Soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes, then wash it off.

Cut in half and remove the core inside.

Put the small white apricots in the blender, add an appropriate amount of water and stir to form a thick paste. (Don't put too much water, just just mix it)

Pour the apricot paste into the pot and stir with chopsticks while cooking over low heat.

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar during the cooking process.

Boil until the rock sugar melts and the jam becomes thick. Let it cool and store in a bottle.
Tips:
1. The preparation method is very simple. It is recommended not to make too much at one time, and then make it after eating.
2. Store in the refrigerator and finish eating within a week.
