Yam and Fungus Bone Soup

Soak the pork spine in clean water, changing the water several times in the meantime.

Peel the yam, cut into sections, and soak in water.

Soak the black fungus and wash it off.

Add ginger and green onions to the pot and bring to a boil. Add pork bones to the blanching water.

The blanched pork bones are washed to remove foam and added to the soup pot.

Add boiling water, boil on high heat for about 3 minutes, remove foam and turn to low heat.

Simmer for about 40 minutes, add yam and simmer.

After the yam is simmered, add black fungus.

Simmer for a while, add salt to taste.
