It is suitable for warmth in autumn and winter. Red dates and yam beans are used to invigorate blood and qi, and sweet and waxy sweet potatoes. Drink a bowl of yam bean and sweet potato porridge, which warms the heart from the stomach.

Yam Bean Sweet Potato Congee

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and set aside

2. Wash the yam beans carefully and set aside

3. Wash the fragrant rice and set aside

4. Boiled basmati rice washed under the water

5. While cooking the rice, cut the sweet potato into chunks

6. Red dates spare

7. After the rice is boiled, add the sweet potatoes and cook
