Yam Cranberry Cake

Add a little rum to the cranberries, soak for several hours, soaking soft.

Wash the yam and cut into small pieces.

Add water to the breakfast machine, add yam to the pot, select the steaming function, about 30 minutes.

Poke it with chopsticks, it is soft and peeled.

While it is hot, use the back of the spoon to press it into a puree. (It’s best to use a mesh sieve to get a better taste)

Add milk and mix well.

Add the soaked cranberries and mix well.

Take a 45g full cylindrical shape. Spread olive oil into the mold, (other oils are optional), put it into the mold, and press lightly.

Use a knife to remove the excess part at the bottom, and slowly demould. Finally, when eating, pair with blueberry jam.
Tips:
1. The yam is better to be steamed.
2. It is recommended to use a sieve for better taste.
3. The cranberry used in it depends on your preference, and the jam also depends on your preference.
