Yam Ice Cream
1.
Soak the blueberries in clean water for 10 minutes, then use later
2.
When peeling the yam, don’t forget to wear gloves to prevent the yam juice from getting on your skin and causing allergies. If you don’t have gloves at home, you can peel it after cooking, so you won’t have allergies~
3.
Cut the yam into small pieces and steam it in a steamer until soft. When steaming yam, if you have a pressure cooker at home, it is recommended that you can use a pressure cooker to cook the unpeeled yam. It will be very soft after about 20 minutes.
4.
After the yam is steamed, let it cool for a while, put it in a mashing bowl and mash it into a puree. You need to pound it several times, because if the yam is not crushed, it will taste a little worse.
5.
Put the mashed yam mud into the flower decorator to form a shape. If the sisters find it troublesome, you can skip this step.
6.
Clean the blueberries and mash them in a grinding bowl. The sisters try their best to use their "prehistoric power" to mash the blueberries to pieces.
7.
Just drizzle the blueberry puree on the yam puree! According to my personal taste, it is recommended to pour more blueberry juice, the original juice with the original flavor! !
Tips:
If the foodies don’t like the taste of yam, they can also be replaced with potatoes or sweet potatoes, pumpkins, etc.
There are some small details that need attention from sisters:
1: There will be a layer of white powder on the surface of the blueberry, this is a fruit powder layer, not a dirty thing. There is no need to deliberately wash it off when cleaning, and this layer of fruit powder also contains a lot of anthocyanins!
2: Some mothers get itchy hands when going to the yam skin, it is best to bring a glove before peeling it. If you don’t want to wear gloves, just steam the yam with the skin on the pot.
