Yam Jujube Juice

The iron rod yam is cleaned and steamed. You can steam it more, put it in the refrigerator after it has cooled down, and use it as you go.

Peel and dice steamed yam.

Put the diced yam and jujube together in the soymilk maker, and add water to the scale of the soymilk maker. I used the rice cereal of the soymilk machine, and it took 10 minutes.

Pour the smashed yam juice into the cup, ready to drink~
Tips:
Because the jujube slices are very sweet, I didn't add any extra sugar. I don't think the sweetness is enough. You can add sugar according to your preference. If you don’t like the jujube skin, you can filter it.
