Yam Lamb Soup

Carrot slices, green onions into sections, ginger beaten and set aside.

Soak yam slices in clean water for later use.

Wash the leg of lamb and cut into pieces.

Boil the water in boiling water (add cooking wine and ginger slices in the water to remove the mutton smell).

Remove and wash away the foam.

Put the lamb into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, ginger, and green onions.

Press in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
9.
After deflation, turn on the pressure cooker, add yam and carrots, press for another 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.
10.
Drink the nourishing fresh soup while it is hot.
