The yam is used in iron rods. The grains can be matched according to your own preferences. I have used more than 10 kinds of grains, but there is no japonica rice, which is very rich in dietary fiber.

Ingredients

Yam Rice Cereal

1. Preparation materials, one yam, a cup of miscellaneous rice, no need to soak the rice

2. Do not wash the yam, just peel it off and wear gloves

3. Wash the peeled yam and cut into small pieces

4. Pour the sliced yam into the soymilk machine

5. The miscellaneous grains and rice are washed clean, as high as in a soymilk machine

6. Add water to the highest mark 1300ml

7. Select the nutritious rice cereal button, OK

8. Pour out while it's hot, and put a spoonful of brown sugar when you drink it, it goes very well

Tips:

There are oats, brown rice, corn dumplings, black rice, adzuki beans, red yeast rice, sorghum, buckwheat, barley, wheat kernels, and 2 kinds of unnamed beans. The cup is the cup that comes with the soymilk machine.
