Yellow Apricot Jam

Wash the yellow apricots and remove the pits.

Put the yellow apricots in a non-stick pan and add fine sugar.

Press while stirring over high heat.

Stir-fry until the yellow apricots become fine puree, turn to medium and low heat and stir continuously.
5.
Stir-fry until the soup thickens and then turn off the heat.
6.
After cooling, put it into a clean container, seal it and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
7.
The sweet and sour is delicious!
Tips:
Do not use an iron pan for making jam, the amount of sugar can be adjusted by yourself.
