Yellow Peach Egg Tart

Cut the yellow peach into small pieces for later use. Pour the animal whipped cream and milk into a large bowl. Add fine sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves, and add the egg yolk. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well (is it super easy!)

The custard crust is set, (you can also make it yourself, I have a puff pastry method in front of me). Put in yellow peach cubes

Pour the egg tart water, 8 minutes full

Put it in the preheated oven, middle level, upper and lower heat, 190 degrees, about 25 minutes
