Yinchen Japonica Rice Congee

This is Yinchenao, don't mix with Qinghao, Yinchen with a little white hair.

Clean it up.

Boil in a pot for about ten minutes. Deslagging spare.

Put the japonica rice in the pot and pour the Yinchen juice. If you feel that the water is too small, add water. Add rock sugar and boil it out for about 30 minutes.
Tips:
The irritation is strong in spring. This porridge is the top grade to remove the irritation. Remember that it must be japonica rice.
