This yinchen is a wild yinchen picked by my aunt in the wild. It has high nutritional value. It is cooked with crucian in the soup, it tastes delicious and removes moisture.

Yinchen Crucian Carp Soup

1. Take appropriate amount of Yinchen and wash

2. After washing, wrap it tightly with filter cloth

3. Put the Yinchen in the casserole and add the right amount of water

4. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 30 minutes

5. After the crucian is cleaned up, cut the knife diagonally on the back

6. Fry the crucian carp in hot oil

7. Fry on one side until golden brown and turn it over

8. Add appropriate amount of lean meat and ginger slices

9. Add some cooking wine

10. Add some boiling water

11. Cover the pot and cook very low

12. Pour the boiled fish soup, along with the fish and soup, into the casserole of boiled Yinchen, cook for another 15 minutes, turn off the heat and add salt to taste.

Tips:

It takes a long time for Yinchen to boil it to taste, so I put it in a casserole and cook it in the fish soup. The fish soup will be more delicious after the crucian is fried, and the fish will not fall off.
