Yogurt Honey Red Beans
1.
Prepare the required raw materials.
2.
Wash the red beans and soak them overnight in cold water.
3.
Pour the soaked adzuki beans into the pressure cooker and add water, so that there is no knuckle of the adzuki beans.
4.
Put the lid on the pressure cooker and turn on the fire. After the pan starts to get gas, turn to medium and pressure for 30 minutes and turn off the fire.
5.
Pour the red adzuki beans cooked in the pressure cooker into an enamel pot or a stainless steel pot (do not use an iron or aluminum pot), add brown sugar in portions and stir continuously over low heat. Make most of the water evaporate; (this requires patience, don't worry, ha ha).
6.
Pour the yogurt into the fried red beans and stir when you eat.
Tips:
If it is troublesome to fry red beans, you can add yogurt and stir, but the taste is not as good as before. The steam that has not been fried is too big.
