Yogurt Ice Cream
1.
Prepare various materials and a sealed box.
2.
Rinse the chocolate powder with hot water (not too runny), try not to clump.
3.
Add oatmeal, and consider adding a small amount of honey, and mix well.
4.
After the hot chocolate cools, add four tablespoons of Greek yogurt as shown in the picture, and mix it well.
5.
After mixing, the yogurt becomes less thick. You can taste the taste. If you feel sour, you can add an appropriate amount of honey. Honey or sugar, but the final ice cream is not very sour.)
6.
Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.
7.
Add the sliced banana slices and mix well (you can also add an appropriate amount of dried cranberries), and smooth the surface as much as possible.
8.
Place a layer of dried cranberries and a few banana slices on top. Cover the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. (If you have a mold at home, you can use a mold to make it, it will look better, and the freezing time can be shortened according to the situation.)
9.
The finished product frozen for about six hours can be eaten by lightly cutting it into small pieces with a knife. The sweetness and sourness is just right, and the taste is not much different from ice cream, but it is healthy!
Tips:
Honey can be added or not, according to personal taste.
The freezing time can be controlled by yourself. After taking it out for three hours, the surface is still sticky and not shaped, so it continues to freeze for another three hours. After taking it out, the surface is shaped and it is easy to cut.
Dried cranberries are sweeter, you can just add a few on the surface.
