Ingredients

Yogurt Muffin

1. Premixed powder and eggs bought in the supermarket.

2. Homemade yogurt is about half a rice bowl.

3. Stir evenly with a manual whisk.

4. Beat in the eggs.

5. Stir well.

6. Pour in the mixed powder.

7. Stir clockwise to form a batter without particles.

8. Put a paper cup in the baking dish, scoop the batter to two-thirds of the paper cup with a spoon, and shake it to make it smooth.

9. Sprinkle with raisins. (It turns out that it should be mixed with the batter, because it is easy to batter)

10. Put the baking tray containing the paper cup batter in the middle of the oven (200 degrees preheated for ten minutes) and bake for 20 minutes (200 degrees).

11. This was baked for fourteen minutes.

12. After roasting for 20 minutes, turn the upper and lower layers to 230 degrees and continue roasting for 10 minutes.

Tips:

The egg liquid does not need to be sent.
Any amount of yogurt is good.
Raisins can be replaced with other preserved fruits or nuts, or not added.
