Yogurt Soluble Beans

Add yogurt to the bowl. I use homemade sugar-free yogurt. The preparation of yogurt is very simple. Buy a few packets of bacteria powder and add pure milk to ferment at a constant temperature. Those who like to eat yogurt for children are advised not to eat boxed yogurt in the supermarket often. It's too sweet, it's all additives.

Milk powder and corn starch are added to the yogurt. For the milk powder, I use the Australian version of Abbott Ansu. You can use the formula milk powder that your baby eats.

Stir evenly with a spatula until it is smooth and without particles, and set aside.

Separate the egg whites from the eggs and put them in a basin. The basin must be oil-free and water-free. For the eggs, I use about 70 grams of large eggs, and refrigerate them at least two hours in advance. The eggs should be fresh.

Beat the egg whites until big blisters appear, and add 5 grams of sugar.

Beat until fine foam, then add 5 grams of sugar in.

Slowly pour the yogurt batter into the egg whites, don't pour vigorously.

Stir it from top to bottom with a spatula. Don't make a circular motion, stir it randomly, and move it gently and quickly. At this time, you can preheat the oven in advance, otherwise the egg whites will be almost dried after you squeeze them. Preheat the oven that is slow to heat up at the beginning of the egg whites.

Put your favorite piping mouth into the piping bag, put the bag on a cup, and put the egg white paste.
