Kuaishou Yogurt Biscuits

It's hot now, and the butter will soften at room temperature in a while. Take a basin and put butter, powdered sugar and salt first.

Mix the butter and powdered sugar with a spatula.

Sift in low flour and cornstarch, then add baking soda.

Because there is little oil, it can't form clumps at first, and become partly flocculent.

Add yogurt. The amount of yogurt is just a guide, do not add it all at once, add it slowly until the dough can form a dough.

Add cooked sesame seeds, white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds as you like.

Finally, make a non-sticky dough. If it feels too wet, add more flour.

Divide the dough into suitable small ingredients and knead them into balls. It is about the size of a glutinous rice ball. I am too lazy to weigh. Be quick, keep everything simple.

Squash the ball. Try to have the same thickness as possible.

Put the baking tray into the middle and lower level of the oven, 170-180 degrees, about 20-25 minutes. The specific time and temperature are adjusted according to your own oven. When you take out the baking tray, shake it lightly, and the biscuits will shake easily. If it is still not good, continue to bake for a few minutes. Finally, let it cool and keep it sealed.
Tips:
1. Mine is a fast hand biscuit making, very simple and fast, suitable for lazy people like me.
2. There is no yogurt, it can be replaced with milk. It should be noted that do not pour all at once, add a small amount several times, the flour can form a dough, and it is not sticky and not easy to disperse.
3. The specific temperature and time are adjusted according to your own oven, which is about the same temperature and time as baking cookies.
