Three-color Yogurt Toast

Put the ingredients except butter, red yeast rice powder, and matcha powder into the inner bucket of the bread machine in the order of liquid first, then powder (I am used to putting salt on the top).

Knead the dough for 10 minutes and add butter

Continue to the complete stage

Flatten the dough and vent, and divide it into three evenly.

Use a little warm water to mix the red yeast rice powder and matcha powder into a puree

Add matcha powder and red yeast rice powder to two of the dough and knead evenly

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the oven, turn on the fermentation stall for basic fermentation.

When it reaches twice the size, take the three-color dough out of the air and round it, cover it with plastic wrap and relax it for 20 minutes.

Take a portion, squash and roll it into an oval sheet. Roll up from one side, pinch the interface tightly, and rub it into a long strip.

Put it in a toast box, put a bowl of hot water in the oven to ferment until it is full of hair, and cover the lid.

Tips:
Red yeast rice and matcha powder can be mixed into thick mud, not too thin. Add a little bit of water and stir until you can't see the dry powder.
