Yumatsuka Sushi

Carrots and green beans are boiled softly and set aside. Shred the marinated mushrooms.

Take the bamboo curtain and spread it flat, place the Shanghai moss, and spread the sushi rice evenly on top, and then cover the rice with plastic wrap

Reverse the bamboo curtain with rice and plastic wrap, pick up the bamboo curtain, and place it under the plastic wrap (showing seaweed on top and sushi rice below)

Put carrot, fish floss, green bean egg skin and marinated shiitake mushrooms on the seaweed, and roll it into a tube

Remove the plastic wrap and dip the sushi rice that is on the outside with the fish floss

Re-wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent the floss from falling off, and then cut into pieces. Take off the plastic wrap and serve when eating
