Zheergen Noodles

Wash the roots of the ears without breaking them.

Boil water in a pot, boil the water and put it into the roots of the ears. It does not need to be cooked for too long, it is too bad to taste, and can be removed after boiling for one minute.

Add noodles according to your personal food intake. The trick to cooking noodles is to add cold water twice after the water is boiled so that the noodles are not sticky.

After the noodles rise, add the condiments and mix well.

Put the Zhaergen into the pot and stir well with the noodles.

Put it in a noodle bowl, and the Zheergen noodles are complete.
Tips:
The added condiments are not described in detail. You can adjust them according to your own taste. I made them relatively light, so I didn’t add peppers or the like.
