Hot and Sour Folded Root

This is the folded ear root that I bought, remove the old one, and wash it in just inches.

The washed roots are marinated for a while, about 10 minutes with appropriate amount of salt

Tips:
Zheergen is eaten raw and must be cleaned. Pickling with salt is also to remove part of the fishy smell, and seasoning with hot and sour can also cover the fishy smell. No one except me accepts this smell.
