Matsutake Pocket Tofu | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Dice the ear root, dice green onion, dice garlic, dice chili and coriander, set aside.

Cut the tofu into pieces, cut buttons on the cross section, and put in the awake (beef wa) freeze-dried matsutake mushrooms.

Tips:
1. Zhaergen has a special taste and can be used selectively.
2. It is not recommended to use water tofu, which contains more water and explosive oil.
