Zinc Supplement Oyster Powder
1.
Prepare ingredients: 6 oysters, appropriate amount of green onions, and appropriate amount of ginger.
(PS: Moms can increase the amount of oysters. Make more oysters and store them in a tightly sealed refrigerator. You can eat them within two weeks.)
2.
Rinse the oysters with running water repeatedly.
(PS: There may be some tiny shells and sand left on the oysters. Be sure to rinse them with running water repeatedly.)
3.
Pour cold water into the pot, add green onions and ginger, and cook the oysters for about 3-5 minutes.
(PS: Because oysters are marine products after all, they will have a fishy smell. Adding green onions and ginger can effectively remove the fishy smell.)
4.
Part of the belly sac of the oyster is removed.
(PS: This step is very important. There is black sand in the oyster belly. It doesn't matter if adults eat it, but the baby's intestines and stomach are delicate and must be removed.)
5.
Cut the oyster meat into fine pieces.
6.
Line the baking tray with tin foil and put the oyster meat.
7.
Use chopsticks to scatter the oyster meat and spread the meat evenly.
8.
After the oven is preheated, put the baking tray in the middle of the oven. The upper and lower tubes are at 150 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
9.
Use the chopsticks to move the oyster meat and change the position, so that it will be grilled more evenly.
10.
Continue to put it in the middle of the oven, pipe up and down at 150 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.
(PS: The time increases or decreases according to the actual situation. In this step, the moisture in the oysters can be roasted dry. Don't bake them.)
11.
Put the grilled oysters into the blender.
Stir into fine oyster powder.
(PS: This step can be beaten for a while. It is best to mix it into a fine powder. If you want a finer oyster powder, you can stir it and then sift it.)
12.
Alright. The prepared oyster powder can be put in the baby's porridge and soup, not only to supplement zinc, but also to improve freshness.
Sealed and refrigerated, it can be stored for two weeks.
Tips:
Oysters are the most zinc-rich of all foods. Every 100g of oyster meat contains 87.1% water and 71.2mg zinc.
