8-inch Red Sausage and Bacon Pizza

The first step is to prepare the ingredients for the noodles, 140g high-gluten flour, 30g low-gluten flour, 8g butter, 2g yeast, 16g white sugar, 80ml water, 5g milk powder, and an egg white.

The second step is to prepare the ingredients (according to personal preference), cut 10 slices of red sausage, 7 pieces of bacon, shred onion, several slices of mushrooms, cheese, and ingredients for homemade sauce.

The third step is to pour high and low gluten flour, yeast, white sugar, water, milk powder, and egg white into the bread machine for basic fermentation. After 20 minutes, pour the butter in and continue to ferment. Children's shoes without a bread machine can knead the dough by themselves and ferment with plastic wrap. It takes a long time. It is recommended to knead the dough in the refrigerator the first night and ferment to twice the size of the original dough.

The fourth step is to use the fermentation time to make the sauce. Since there is no pizza sauce, I usually use tomato juice + black pepper juice + chili oil to make homemade, which tastes better than pizza sauce, and shred the cheese (better with a plane).

In the fifth step, put butter on the pan, fry the prepared onions and mushrooms in the pan for one minute, then pour in the bacon and red sausage and fry for one minute, remove and set aside.

The sixth step is to coat the baking pan with butter. After the dough is fermented, take it out and round it with a rolling pin, spread it into the baking pan, twist the dough around the dough, make the dough and the baking pan flat and stick, and then wrap it in plastic wrap. Intermediate fermentation for 10-15 minutes.

Step 7: After the cake is OK, evenly pierce the small eyes with a fork, spread the prepared sauce over the surface of the cake with a brush, sprinkle some shredded cheese sporadically, and then spread the sausage, bacon, onion, and mushroom evenly , And finally covered with shredded cheese, ready to be put on the oven.

The eighth step, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for five minutes, then put the pizza in the middle layer and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and it will be OK~ freshly baked~ (because I prefer to eat crispy, so I bake it for a while, the surrounding color is a little bit Black, but it doesn’t affect the taste at all)
Tips:
The cheese is best made with mozzarella, which will be shredded and more chewy.
