9 Egg Tarts

Stir the milk, sugar, and condensed milk evenly.

Beat the egg yolks, add whipped cream and mix well, then add to the solution of step 1.

Sift in custard powder and mix well.
4.
Strain the egg tart liquid through a sieve.

Pour the egg tart liquid into 9 egg tart skins, 8 minutes full.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. (According to our own oven, the temperature of my oven is too high, and the crust crust is relatively dry at this temperature. I try to bake on the upper and lower fire for 15 minutes, and then adjust the heat to 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes. It is also ok.)
