A Cup of Fragrant Osmanthus Black Tea
1.
Choose better quality black tea leaves and sweet-scented osmanthus. (You can also choose osmanthus black tea prepared in the market)
2.
Choose a teapot with a strainer and go through the warm water teapot (because the sweet-scented osmanthus will float on the water when brewing, so choose a teapot with a strainer. The warm teapot is to better elicit the aroma of the tea when making tea)
3.
Put the selected tea leaves in a warm teapot, and then put the osmanthus flowers (generally, it takes about 3 grams of black tea leaves and 0.5 grams of osmanthus flowers to make a pot of black tea)
4.
Pour boiling water (usually when there are 2~3 cm diameter blisters on the water surface, pour the water into the teapot as soon as possible)
5.
Stuff the tea leaves, and then make the tea soup (usually small tea leaves can be stuffed for 3 minutes, larger tea leaves need to be stuffed for 5 minutes)
