This tea egg made the outside taste, and I am very happy. I don’t need to go out and buy it in the future. The tea egg made from grass egg is really delicious.

Spiced Tea Egg

1. Weigh all materials in advance

2. After washing the eggs, put them in a pot and boil, turn off the heat for five minutes

3. Take another small pot and put all the ingredients

4. Add water and boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 3-5 minutes

5. After the eggs are cooked, remove them and break them into pieces

6. Put the eggs in a seasoning pot and boil on high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for five minutes. Turn off the heat. Soak the eggs for 12 hours.

7. Just fish out and you can eat

Tips:

1. Crush the egg shell and soak it in the marinade. It is easier to taste
2. The marinade can be used multiple times
