A Must-have for Autumn and Winter-dudu Chicken Pot
1.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate in the sauce for a while (marinated sauce: soy bean curd, ground tempeh sauce, char siu sauce).
2.
Prepare the casserole, dry the water in the casserole, put an appropriate amount of cooking oil on low heat, and on medium heat, add sliced ginger, garlic, and onions (remember to put more).
3.
After sauteing, spread the chicken on the garlic, ginger, and onion. Cover the pot over medium heat.
4.
Lightly sprinkle some white wine on the lid of the pot, then start to simmer from the side of the pot, turning once about 2 minutes.
5.
After about 9-10 minutes, open the lid and stir.
6.
Add cilantro and green onions and stir well.
7.
Continue to add colored peppers and cover the pot.
8.
On high heat, pour a little white wine on the lid of the pot. After about 1 minute, turn off the heat and take out the pot.
9.
Open the lid, the ingredients are still smoking. The taste is superb.
