A Touch of Fresh Green-matcha Makes Perfect

Prepare the raw materials~

Cut the white chocolate as much as possible~

Pour whipped cream, water syrup and butter in a small pot. Heat slightly until the butter melts.

Sift in the matcha powder.

Pour the mixture into the white chocolate chips and use the remaining temperature to melt it. If the temperature is not enough, it can be heated in water to melt completely.

Put the chocolate liquid into the piping bag to squeeze it into the mold. Or directly pour the chocolate liquid into a fresh-keeping box covered with plastic wrap or tin foil.

Put the mould filled with chocolate liquid into the refrigerator freezer for more than 2 hours. In order to save time and facilitate demoulding, I put it in the freezer.

Pour an appropriate amount of matcha powder into the small dish, put the unmolded chocolate and roll it around~

Melt in the mouth~
Tips:
If you put it in the crisper, cut into pieces with a knife. Just wrap it in matcha powder~
