Abalone and Scallops Xo Spicy Sauce Noodles

Ingredients: 100 grams of dried noodles, square abalone and scallops XO hot sauce, chives, light soy sauce, sugar

Put cooking oil in the pot, add the green onions when the oil is slightly hot, simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes, and turn off the heat when the green onions change color.

Put the light soy sauce and sugar in a bowl, pour in the boiled scallion oil, mix well and set aside.

Add water to the pot and boil, add the vermicelli noodles, and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove and soak in cold boiling water

Remove the noodles to a bowl, add a few tablespoons of boiled scallion sauce and mix well. Put some fried green onions on the noodles, you don't need to add the ones you don't like.

Tips:
The fried shallots should be wiped dry to prevent base oil during cooking.
