#aca Baking Star Competition #mango Napoleon
1.
Take the frozen tart crust out of the refrigerator, remove the tart mold, and put it on the baking tray
2.
Preheat the oven 180, put in the custard crust
3.
Bake for 3 minutes and take it out. If the crust of the tart does not collapse, use a tool such as a spoon and fork to press it flat, so that the crust of the custard sticks to the baking tray.
4.
Then continue to bake in the oven for a total of about 15 minutes. After baking, the tart has a crispy crust. Take it out and let it cool.
5.
Make the custard sauce in advance, because some people don't know it, here is a special recipe: recipe: 200g milk, 20g low-gluten flour, 2 egg yolks, 30g sugar. Pour all the ingredients into the pot and stir well. I make a lot of custard sauce. This time only use 50 grams of the finished product
6.
Then put it on the stove, simmer on a low heat, stirring while boiling, until it is thick, leave the heat to cool and set aside. The custard sauce should be prepared in advance and let cool.
7.
After the custard crust is allowed to cool, add 5 grams of powdered sugar to the whipped cream and whipped until it is not runny.
8.
Then pour the whipped cream into the cool custard sauce
9.
Continue to stir into Napoleon cream filling
10.
Part of the mango is diced for filling
11.
Part of the mango is cut into flower shapes for surface decoration. The kiwi fruit is also well cut
12.
Then take a skin, put the cream filling into a piping bag, squeeze it on the skin, put a few fruit pieces, and sprinkle a few dried blueberries for decoration
13.
After filling both layers, put on the last layer and decorate the surface with fruit.
14.
I put the decorated Napoleon pastry on the mango slices from which the flowers have been taken. Does it look more beautiful? !
