#aca Fourth Session Baking Contest# Making Pornographic Yellow Pumpkin Bread
1.
The pumpkin is steamed first. I chose the small pumpkin from Beibei. The pureed pumpkin is relatively dry after steaming.
2.
The yellow rice was soaked in water the night before.
3.
Soak the big yellow rice and use a steamer cloth to steam over high heat (the steamer cloth should be soaked in cold water in advance, otherwise you will be madly quack)
4.
For the steamed yellow rice, add olive oil and sugar while it is hot and stir well. The olive oil can be replaced with rapeseed oil and sunflower oil.
5.
Divide the mixed filling into eight portions, each about 40 grams.
6.
Making bread dough: Mix all the ingredients except butter and knead well. When the thick fascia can be pulled out, add butter and continue kneading to the expansion stage.
7.
After kneading the dough, place it in a warm place for basic fermentation.
8.
When the dough has been fermented to twice its original volume, use your fingers to dip the dough and poke a hole in the dough without shrinking or collapsing, indicating that the fermentation is complete.
9.
Use a spatula to roughly divide into eight portions.
10.
Each portion is rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.
11.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a thin dough with a thicker middle in the middle, and wrap it with a portion of the filling.
12.
Close the mouth like a bun, and tighten the mouth.
13.
After the dough is rounded, place it on a white cotton string dipped in oil beforehand. The string is placed in a rice shape as shown in the picture above.
14.
Put the dough in the middle of the rice shape, lift up the eight strings, tie a buckle in the middle, and leave a part of the space for the second fermentation.
15.
After all the strings are tied, put them in the oven tray for the second fermentation.
16.
The fermented dough can basically hold the string very full, put it into the preheated oven, heat up and down 170 degrees, and bake the middle and lower layers for 18 minutes.
17.
After the oven is baked, it is decorated with a little embellishment. Isn't it very beautiful like a pumpkin?
