Acacia Congee

Soak red beans, barley, and glutinous rice overnight in advance.

Pour the ribs soup, add the scallops and mussels, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling, turn to low heat and cook slowly for 30-40 minutes.

The rice grains are cooked soft and the porridge becomes sticky.
5.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and drink it!
Tips:
There is no rib soup, but stock is okay!
