Adzuki Bean Wine Stuffed with Four Happy Rounds

1. After the red bean soup is boiled, put in the Sixi Xiaoyuanxiao

2. Cook until the Lantern Festival floats, then add the fermented rice and osmanthus

3. Add some water to lotus root flour and mix thoroughly

4. Put in the lotus root powder

Tips:

If you like sweet, you can add a small amount of sugar (the fermented rice is already sweet)
If you don’t have lotus root flour, you can use proper amount of glutinous rice flour and mix thoroughly to thicken
