Affordable Food --- Chili Sauce (i Don’t Add Chili in this Version, I Don’t Like Spicy)
1.
First of all, we have to prepare fresh ingredients: lean pork, carrots and dried tofu. All three things are cut into small cubes. According to 200 grams of edamame, the ratio is 4:1, about 50 grams each.
2.
The oily tofu is also diced, which is about twice the size of the three ingredients.
3.
The small taro and edamame are first pressed in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. The first one is easy to digest, and the second one is easy to cook when they are fried.
4.
Also cut the taro into cubes. If you are not afraid of spiciness, you can add one or two small green chilies according to your taste. I don't add spiciness to this one.
5.
Add oil, heat the pan, put the diced meat, carrots, and dried bean curd, stir fry until the meat changes color
6.
Add the diced oiled tofu and stir-fry evenly
7.
Then add edamame and diced taro, stir fry, then add water, don’t get too much, I used a small bowl
8.
Bring to a boil with a lid, about 2 minutes, OK! Add sweet noodle sauce, 2 spoons
9.
Add some water starch, a small amount is good to make it look good on the plate.
10.
For the color, you can add some light soy sauce and a little MSG, so that's it, stir fry to collect the juice, and serve.
11.
The final product! ! ! ! Is it very simple? The key is to serve food, it's also good to eat it wrapped in a wowotou.
