Air Fryer Version Chocolate Cake

Prepare all the ingredients. Weigh well.

Pour 3 grams (a small bag) of coffee with 25ml of boiling water, mix well and set aside.

Mix the eggs and sugar and mix well.

The dark chocolate melts in water.

Stir in the butter until completely melted.

Pour the coffee water through a sieve and mix well.

Add rum.

Add vanilla powder and stir well.

Pour in the egg liquid, add 1 gram of salt and continue to mix well.

Sift in low powder and stir gently.

Pour into a paper cup 6 minutes full. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, and put it in a paper cup filled with cake batter.

It takes 8 minutes. (I set 10 minutes in the picture, and the result was overheated)

The cake without the'lava' is still delicious.
Tips:
Special note: Bake for 8 minutes. I set it to 10 minutes, and the result was too much. I hope friends who want to make lava cakes must master the heat.
