Recently, I especially like to eat the crispy jujube that has been dehydrated at a low temperature in an instant. It tastes crunchy, and I eat a dozen of them in one breath.
But the price of this kind of jujube is there after all, so I have been wondering how to make a similar taste but save money.
So today’s dried red dates, everyone can try it.

Ingredients

1. Try to choose a big and full jujube. My jujube is actually used to solve the inventory at home, and it is not very recommended. Wash it first.

6. Then use a low temperature of 120 degrees, bake for about 35 minutes. The oven takes longer, forty minutes. The freshly roasted red dates are still a bit soft, and they will become crispy after cooling.

Tips:

1. Try to use a large and full red date, Jun date and Tian date are both good. You can just use ordinary red dates for a better life, just like me.
2. You can use a straw for yogurt to remove the core, which is very convenient
3. This should be baked at low temperature, so the temperature is not higher than 130 degrees, and then turn on the hot air function. Therefore, it is best to use an air fryer with strong hot air, followed by an oven with a large hot air function. The oven time is longer than 40 minutes.
4. The jujubes that have just been roasted will be a bit soft, and will become crispy when they are cold. If they are not crispy, continue roasting for a while.
