Almond Flakes

Ingredients: Almond flakes: 60 grams, high-gluten flour: 10 grams, whipped cream: 15 grams, honey: 15 grams, fine sugar: 40 grams, butter: 25 grams

Pour whipped cream, honey, confectioner’s sugar and butter into a melting bowl, heat it over a low heat and stir constantly to dissolve the butter and sugar

After boiling, continue to cook for 1 minute. After removing the heat, pour in the high-gluten flour and almond flakes immediately
